I wanted you to know how impressed I was with the medical training provided by your staff. My nurse, Melanie, and I were thrilled by the vast amount of “hands on” training we received. I assumed we would be given several didactic lectures intersperse with observation of procedures. However, from the first day with Drs. Seaver and Marcum, they not only shared their knowledge and technical expertise in laser, BOTOX and dermal fillers, but allowed us to participate in treating well informed patients in all three treatment modalities. I can’t imagine getting this kind of “hands on” training anywhere else. Drs. Seaver and Marcum demonstrated the kind of patience and self confidence that are essential when training professionals. Also worth mentioning is the strategic, culinary and emotional support we received from the incredible staffs at Tatum, Chandler and Corporate. Their charm, laughter, and knowledge were invaluable in putting us at ease. In short, the entire experience, except for the lack of golf, was great. I look forward to returning in April for the administrative training.
